Course Support Documents
Before you attend the energy efficiency course your training centre will send you a set of Best Practice documents to be used in conjunction with the Study Guide. Both sets of material should be used as part of your 16 hours pre-learning before you attend the training centre.
You will also need to refer to these documents as part of the assessment process.
Copies will be sent to you once you have registered with a training centre, but you can also download copies here.
CE29 Domestic Heating by Oil: Boiler Systems
CE30 Domestic Heating by Gas: Boiler Systems
CE51 Central Heating System Specification (CHeSS) Year 2008
You will receive a clean copy of each of the above documents for reference during the assessment. You will also receive a copy of the boiler sizing worksheet to complete.
